No-cost Infrastructure Installation

ChargeGuru covers the cost of outfitting your apartment building with EV-ready infrastructure. Once installed, residents can purchase an EV charger for their parking bay and take advantage of at-home charging. 

How It Works

1. Building Opts-In

We work with property managers and remotely assess the building for installation feasibility. Opting in to the fully-funded solution can be done without any minimum charger requirements for the building.

2. We Install the Infrastructure

Once any resident within the building is interested in installing their personal charger, we deploy the infrastructure, providing all necessary components for efficient installation.

3. Residents Request Chargers

Residents enjoy on-demand installation tailored to their needs. Those without EVs are unaffected until they are ready to request their personal charger – whether it's in 1 month, 1 year, or 1 decade from now!

4. We Manage Future Projects

We are your trusted partner and handle all aspects of infrastructure management, providing dedicated customer support for any queries or billing matters.
